شروط المشاركة:
1. كل الرسوم المشاركة يجب أن تكون
رسوم أصلية.
بدون إطار ( برواز).
2. الرسوم يمكن أن تكون أمّا بالأسود وأبيض
أو ملونة.
3. يجب أن يكون الاسم، الكنية والعنوان على
الجانب الخلفي لكل رسم.
4. أكثر عدد ممكن للرسوم المرسلة هو ثلاثة.
5. الحجم الأقصى للمشاركات هو
A3 , قياس (42 في 29,7 سنتيمتر)

يحتفظ المنظمين بحق إعادة إنتاج الأعمال المرسلة إلى المهرجان
كمادة ترويجية بدون أن تلزم بدفع أجر إلى المبدع.
تصبح الأعمال الفائزة ملكية الجهة المنظمة

PARTICIPATION
The organizer of the 11th International festival of cartoon
Zagreb 2006. is the Croatian Cartoonist Association. The
festival is opened for everyone regardless of nationality,
age, sex, or profession.
THEME
BLACK HUMOR
ENTRIES
Conditions of entry:
1. All entries must be original cartoons. Framed works, also,
will not be accepted.
2. Entries can be either black and white or coloured.
3. There should be the name, the surname and the address on
the reverse side of cartoons.
4. Maximum 3 entries will be submitted.
5. Maximum size of entries is A3 format (42 x 29,7 cm)

Entry deadline is the 11th of May 2006.
Please write 'PRINTED MATTER - NO VALUE'.

EXHIBITION
The exhibition will take place in a representative gallery of
the Koncert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski in Zagreb on the 12th of
June 2006.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Authors of works that qualify to the exibition are given a
presentation copy of the exibition cataloque. The works will
be returned only on the special request of an author. The
postage (EUR 4) will be paid by author.
The organizer reserves the right to reproduce the works sent
to the festival, Zagreb 2006, as the advertising material
without being obliged to pay a fee to an author whose work may
be used.
The prize-winning works become property of the organizer.
