Thanks for your attention with my works. Unfortunatelly,
I didnīt give any permition
to republish my cartoon and I didnīt know anyone in
that eletronic newspaper. I send this cartoon to Raed Khalilīs contest and only
that. In fact, I nether know which country that site is from, because I canīt read that language :-)
We
have the same problem in Brazil.
The people thinks that if a image (photo, cartoon etc)
are in the internet, itīs a public property. Probably
Raed Khalil donīt know anything about that...
