Technical Criteria
• Cartoons size A4 (210mmx297mm), or A3 (297mmx420mm) at 300dpi, JPG format only.
• Submitted works can be in color or black and white, in any style or technique
• Number of entries is unlimited.
• Submitted works must not violate copyright laws.
• By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own and permits the organizers to reproduce the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition.

Selection Criteria
• Entries will be judged by Jury based on the quality of work submitted.
• A catalogue of selected cartoons will be printed, a free copy will sent to the selected cartoons authors.
