This Agreement specifies the nature of the relationship between the Arab Cartoon House Website and the members who hold cartoonists membership. The use of this membership means the agreement to the Terms of Use, and Terms of Use for Personal Membership, in addition to the following terms:
Every member holds an cartoonists membership has a private cartoonist profile within the list of cartoonists page, where he/she can publish or stop publication the profile, and also they can delete their subscription any time they see appropriate.
cartoonists membership holder can upload his/her cartoons to the cartoons bank service according to the parameters outlined in the user guid.
cartoonists membership holder's posts (cartoons, blog entries, comments) will be published directly, without prior censorship, provided it does not contain obscene words, or carries ideas promoting for prostitution, offending children, threatening any person, or violating an intellectual property or copyright of any person or entity.
cartoonists membership holder agrees to take full responsibility for his/her posts published on the site. Also, they agree to indemnify the Arab Cartoon House Website for all claims arising from any third party, whether he/she is a person or entity, including legal fees resulting from violating any agreements, claims, or precedent guarantees with any third party.
Membership holder shall be committed not to add the logo of Arab Cartoon House Website to their original cartoons, where they should authorize the Arab Cartoon House Website to add a watermark, which bears one of the Arab Cartoon House Website's logos, to their cartoons published on the website, provided that this watermark is deleted in case of downloading a cartoon at a cost or free of charge.
It is prohibited to publish the cartoons which gives the impression that the post is stemming from the Arab Cartoon House Website, while this is not the case.
Arab Cartoon House Website has the right to delete any cartoon after it is published, provided the publisher shall be informed about that with providing the reasons. Also, Arab Cartoon House Website has the right to publish the reasons beyond deleting any cartoon to the public in the way it finds appropriate.
